Rosa VENNEMAN

Born in Antwerp, Belgian she was the daughter and pupil of Charles Venneman and exhibited at the Belgian Salon from 1872

She painted landscapes, flower still life and animals and was very influenced by the Dutch painters of the 17th Century.

She had works in the Museums of Cambrai, Compeigne, Pontoise, Saintes, Soissons and Vanne

Her works have been auctioned throughout Europe and the UK
